VINOS HAIDARY - FOUNDER/ SENIOR DIRECTOR

 

Vinos is a fully licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) with CICC and a  member in good standing at CAPIC. She holds an Honours BBA degree from Brock University and an Honours Immigration Consultant diploma from Humber College.

As the Founder and Senior Managing Director at Effort Immigration and Citizenship Services, Vinos is committed to helping her clients reach their immigration goals by going above and beyond and working hard to achieve desired results. Originally from Afghanistan, Vinos came to Canada as a refugee for the same reasons many others choose Canada as their second home -  a safe and inclusive country with abundant growth opportunities. Vinos' true passion is to help people, which is evident in over 14 years of her experience working in the immigration field, managing non-profits and working with newcomers in helping them successfully integrate and settle in Canada. Vinos fluently speaks English, Dari, Farsi and Russian languages. Vinos is an active member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants and the Afghan Association of Hamilton.

Peter is a lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Peter brings in a broad range of legal experience with the focus on immigration law. Peter has successfully settled many cases in Ontario Provincial Courts and in the Federal Court of Canada.

He has been practicing immigration law for over 35 years with hundreds of satisfied clients world-wide. Peter has clients in China, Hong Kong, India, Canada and other countries. In addition to English, Peter is also fluent in both Mandarin and Cantonese. Peter is an active member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Hamilton Chinese Centre and the Mississauga Chinese Association.
